get insight into your current state
Before we begin we will first look at your current lifestyle factors. Through a thorough lifestyle scan, we will look at things like:
- Nutritional habit
- Exercise and activity
- Sleep quality
- Stress- and energy balance
2.
build the foundation
First, we will start with a 9-day nutrition- and exercise program. This program is designed at helping you break patterns, reset your body and lay the groundwork of your new lifestyle routine.

consolidate
After the first part of the program is completed we will commence with the follow-up 15-day program. This program is fully aimed at consolidating what you have started into a new routine. During this phase, you will continue with the nutrition program but will also start your workout program! Time to get moving!

Consolidate
Now that you have created your ideal lifestyle, it is important to convert it into sustainable behaviour. This last phase is aimed at successfully integrating your new lifestyle into your life

You have completed the first phase of the program. You have made great steps towards a new routine but now it is time to further integrate this into your life. You can choose to do another follow-up program which will give continue to give you structure until you feel you are ready to go on your own or I can help you make the transition towards a life-long new habit.

I came into contact with Shorombo through Club Sportive, because I have a preference for (kick) boxing. Shorombo is an energetic person who likes to be there for you and easy to get along with. I experienced this in his contact via his app, which responds quickly, but he is also very flexible when training has to be moved. I learned a lot from him and my life is really different now. My diet has really changed. I have lost 16 kilos in 4 months through a lot of sports, but mainly by changing my diet. Not a strict diet, but eat differently. You really need some time to get a new style of food and that has helped me a lot. This of course starts with your commitment, but Shorombo ensures that you will achieve your result.
