Using a heart rate variability sensor, we will map the reactions of your autonomic nervous system. For 5 days you will wear a sensor that will measure the reactions of your nervous system 24 hours a day. In addition, you keep a diary so that we can correlate your lifestyle with what we see in the results of the test. You will then receive a visual report like this one and an advisory report in which I explain your results even further. ​ Finally, we will discuss your results via a Video Call.
