Before we begin we will first look at your current lifestyle factors. Through a thorough lifestyle scan, we will look at things like:

- Nutritional habit

- Exercise and activity

- Sleep quality

- Stress- and energy balance

get insight into your current state

First, we will start with a 9-day nutrition- and exercise program. This program is designed at helping you break patterns, reset your body and lay the groundwork of your new lifestyle routine. 

2.

build the foundation

After the first part of the program is completed we will commence with the follow-up 15-day program. This program is fully aimed at consolidating what you have started into a new routine. During this phase, you will continue with the nutrition program but will also start your workout program! Time to get moving!

3.

consolidate

You have completed the first phase of the program. You have made great steps towards a new routine but now it is time to further integrate this into your life. You can choose to do another follow-up program which will give continue to give you structure until you feel you are ready to go on your own or I can help you make the transition towards a life-long new habit.

Of course, the ultimate aim is for you to continue to live this new found lifestyle on your own. When we say goodbye, it means that you have shown all the signs that you have successfully done this and are now ready to do it on your own!

Ik ben via Club Sportive in contact gekomen met Shorombo, omdat ik een voorkeur heb voor (kick)boksen. Shorombo is een energiek persoon die graag voor je klaar staat en makkelijk in de omgang. Dit heb ik ervaren in zijn contact via zijn app waar snel op gereageerd wordt, maar ook als er training moet worden verplaatst is hij zeer flexibel. Ik heb veel van hem geleerd en mijn leven is nu echt anders. Vooral mijn voeding is echt veranderd. Ik ben in 4 maanden 16 kilo afgevallen door uiteraard veel sporten, maar met name door het veranderen van mijn voeding. Niet streng diëten, maar anders eten. Je hebt echt een tijd nodig om een nieuwe stijl qua eten te krijgen en dat heeft mij enorm geholpen. Dit begint uiteraard bij jezelf gezien inzet, maar Shorombo zorgt er voor dat je je resultaat gaat halen. Ik ben zeer tevreden!

Shorombo heeft mij persoonlijk geholpen om te gaan sporten. Hij heeft mij heel goed gestimuleerd en enthousiast gemaakt voor sport. Op een aanstekelijke en inspirerende manier heeft hij mij enthousiast gekregen voor de gym en met name voor kickboksen. Door hem sport ik 4 a 5 keer in de week met veel plezier.

Een jaar geleden gestart met personal-training bij Shorombo puur om (toen nog) snel gewicht te verliezen ivm mijn bruiloft. Na een jaar personal-training ben ik nog steeds enorm tevreden en erg content met de beslissing om Shorombo te bellen. Het afgelopen jaar hebben we keihard gesport om mijn ambitieuzer doelen te behalen, waarbij de Strong Viking van afgelopen april een mooi meetpunt was. Het volgende is mij goed bevallen: - persoonlijke 1e intake, waarbij je samen de doelen stelt (doen we nog steeds periodiek) - hoge mate van betrokkenheid / persoonlijk contact via de app - niet alleen focus gedurende personal training maar ook op levensstijl gedurende de week (voeding, mindset, werk/privé verhouding) - goede maandelijkse afwisseling van training zodat ik niet kon wennen/te makkelijk werd (lat gaat altijd omhoog) - Diversiteit in trainings methodiek (HITT, kracht, explosiviteit etc) Kortom een echte aanrader!
