Step 1. A 9 day cleanse and mindset coaching
This package is aimed at leveraging the results by combining the 9 day cleanse with some mindset exercises and coaching. I will help you through this process gain insight into your habits and associations, get you in the right frame and mind and help you learn some valuable things about yourself. By the end of the 9 days you will not only feel physically different but you will also feel totally motivated.
This is the first step and I will make sure that after having taken this step you are in the right frame of mind and ready to go to step 2!
Step 2. Ride the momentum with FIT15
You have made a great start and are full of motivation! With the FIT15 program we are going to further capitalize on this momentum. We will start to lay the foundation of your new, healthy lifestyle. The program consists of the same supplementing as the C9 but also provides you with nutritional advice, recipes and a 15 day exercise program. By combining this we tackle all the things necessary for you to make a lasting change. You will receive basic knowledge about nutrition and exercise, you will get to try some healthy recipes and shakes and will start an exercise program. Furthermore, you can continue to make use of my Online Personal Training app.
