About the event
Burnout is a hot topic. It was already a problem before the crisis but now with everything that is happening in the world we are expected to go into a true epidemic. It is not surprising because a world full of uncertainty, fear and movement naturally causes stress. But that doesn't mean you can't do anything about it. In fact, this stress may very well be the catalyst for growth.
Why you should listen to me?
I know what I'm talking about. In my thirties I suffered severe burnout. At my lowest point, I hadn't slept in three days, stopped eating and drinking only water. I felt like I was close to death and actually feared for my life. I thought it would never get better and that I had to be admitted to a psychiatric hospital. Three months later, I had fully recovered, lost 25 pounds, in the best shape of my life, and decided to quit my job, emigrate and pursue my dream.
My miraculous recovery was possible through a combination of lifestyle, personal development and coaching. This now also underlies everything I do with my clients. This is where the real transformation takes place. If you look at your health and happiness in a holistic way, there is so much possible.
Live Q and A
I know there are many people who are suffering in secret. Every day is a struggle and they are seriously concerned about their mental and physical health. They often feel desperate, alone and secretly ashamed of it. Moreover, they cannot see the forest for the trees and they have no idea how to help themselves. Do you recognize this? Then this Q and A is for you.
I'm going to answer all your questions during this Q and A anomie. You can send in your questions prior to this session. I will then make a selection of these and answer as many questions as possible during this live Q and A. I will do this via a Zoom Webinar so that everyone can attend the session anonymously. So you don't have to be afraid that someone will see you or know that you have asked that question.
